Chip LaBonte is Nantucket residential and commercial real estate appraiser with over 35 years of experience evaluating thousands of island properties. Since 1990, our office has focused solely on Nantucket County.

Chip has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute ,the SRPA designation from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and an MBA from Babson College.  He is recognized as an expert witness in New York and Massachusetts courts.
